Placement Record

Internship

The students’ internship would make all the difference with all Bachelors’ and Post-Graduate Journalism students being assigned to The Pioneer and its respective staff for hands-on experience in newspaper work. During this period, the students will be taught and trained by experienced desk, reporting staffers and feature writers at The Pioneer. Every student gets an opportunity to make it to the news and opinion pages. Many students will thus have a portfolio of published work before they leave the school. Students of other programmes will be assigned to organizations for their internship according to the respective course. The students of PGDAM and PGDCE will be given internship in their respective fields for industry experience and also value adds their education.
