Certificate Program in Radio Jockeying
Duration

Twelve weeks (part time) – May, June & July

Classes will be held thrice a week from Monday to Friday for a minimum 110 hours. Each day has a double session of 3 hours inclusive of 15 minutes break.

Eligibility

Undergraduate/graduates and working people Minimum qualification is 12th pass.

About the Course

This certificate program has been specifically designed to cater to the fast changing requirements of the media industry in India. It aims at giving the individuals opting for the programme that cutting edge which will keep them above the existing standards.

The course is designed and will be conducted by the professionals, who know the ground realities and are very well aware of what a company looks for in a radio jockey.

This course covers not only speaking or writing for radio, but also conducting research for it, using the equipments properly and conducting a discussion or producing a programme.

Voice modulation and pronunciation will be stressed upon. Different patterns of radio programming will be discussed. Interviewing skills, ad-lib commercial, promotional announcements will also be addressed as important subjects.

Entry Requirements and Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the interview. There will be no entrance test.
