Admission Process
All students who wish to seek admission must read the information carefully and follow the instructions.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria is given separately in each course, therefore, please go through the criteria carefully before applying for the case.
Bachelors’ programme is meant for students who have appeared for examination in 2008.
Post-graduate programme is meant for people who have completed a graduate programe in 2008 or before.
Certificate programme is meant for working people who wish to learn part-time. People who are XII pass in any stream are eligible to apply for this programme.
How to Apply
Forms are available at our admissions office on a payment of Rs.500/- towards registration fee. Payment can be made in cash or draft in favour of Pioneer Education Foundation, New Delhi. Forms can also be downloaded from our website (www.pioneermediaschool.com) and send to us along with a DD of Rs.500/- in favour of Pioneer Education Foundation, New Delhi.
All documents mentioned in the form along with two passport size photographs must be submitted along with the form.
In case you are applying for more than one programme, please attach separate forms and correspondingly, the additional registration fees.
Registration
Once your application is scrutinized you shall be issued a registration number and an admit card giving the date and time of your entrance examination and interview
Selection Procedure
The attached application form duly filled along with the required testimonials must be submitted in the office by the due date. The final selection is done on the basis of a written test followed by a personal interview. The selected candidates will be intimated by letter or personal call from our office.
Admission Notification
All successful candidates are informed by personal calls followed by personal letter. Students may also get in touch with the admission office to obtain any information they seek.
Educational Loan
The school would help students in getting education loan through Central Bank, following the formalities required for loan as per bank terms, which have to be completed by the students themselves.
Withdrawal
A formal application should be submitted to the Director intimating the reason of withdrawal. The application should be countersigned by the parent/guardian. In the absence of such application the candidate will continue to be on the rolls of the school for a maximum period of two months.
Refund of Fee
Students withdrawing from the school within 2 weeks of admission without attending any class will get a refund after 10 per cent deduction.
Students withdrawing from the school after attending any class will get security deposit refund only.
In case a student drops out without formal withdrawal, the security deposit will also be forfeited.
All refund claim to be made within a maximum time frame of six months.
Refund of fee shall be made only through cheque issued in the name of the student within three months of putting in the formal application of refund.
Residential Accommodation
Our admission office helps the outstation students find suitable off campus residential accommodation. Reference of places where our previous batch students stayed may also be made available. |
